Associate

     Jerry Manzer was raised in Springfield, Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science and received his law degree from the University of Denver School of Law in 2003. Mr. Manzer received the distinction of Scholastic Excellence by earning the top grade in the class Rights of Prisoners and Parolees. He was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Colorado in 2004. Mr. Manzer was a deputy state public defender for two years, litigating and trying criminal cases ranging from minor traffic offenses to serious felonies. At TAYLOR & RAPP, LLP, Mr. Manzer specializes in trial work in criminal matters, and civil and family law.
