Brynne grew up near Salt Lake City Utah. She graduated magna cum laude in Family Sciences from BYU and earned her J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2013. She was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2013.

Before law school, Brynne worked for a firm specializing in family and criminal law and continued pursuing those areas during law school, focusing on domestic relations and trial skills. She took first place in the school's trial competition, was the President of both The Family Law Society and Jail Outreach clubs, and interned for the Lehi City Attorney's Office, the Denver District Attorney's Office-Family Violence Unit., and the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office-Appeals Division.

Brynne comes to Rapp, Manzer & Minnerop after working over three and a half years as a Weld County Deputy District Attorney. While a DDA, she handled over 40 jury trials, including everything from misdemeanor traffic to child homicide. After leaving the DA's Office, she worked for Otis, Bedingfield & Peters focusing on Probate and Elder Law.

Her current practice focuses on Probate/Elder Law, Family Law, and Criminal Defense.
